                                                  Scarlet Witch is his sister, but yeah they are both the children of Magneto. I believe he is Jewish as well. I don't think they've come right out and said that, but he does mention being at Auschwitz a lot (though that in and of itself doesn't necessarily mean he was a Jew but there were other things too).
