The company is really losing money. I think they may be starting to figure out that people tend to play quality games as opposed to just brand name.

Not a big deal, they're just shaking things up right now. They spent tons of money to buy Bioware and Pandemic. They also have delayed games to give them a extra polish. Now they're trying to bid on take two. It'll make them look worse off than they really are.
People slammed EA for being the lazy giant that just put out mediocre games that sold to millions of people. Now they're making a shift to make less licensed shovelware games, and focus on original ip's. Regardless of how Army of Two turned out as a game, they delayed it for months past christmas, when they would have thrown it out the door for $59.99 even a year ago.
EA is a huge company in the industry that will be putting out top selling games regardless of the year. I'd rather them have the attitude they are forming now than one they had a few years ago.
