That's crazy! I do wonder if they are just not labeled on the back. I remember Best Buy had an exclusive on Blackbird for Alter Bridge with two more songs, but they were labeled on the back as well.

Do you think Target would allow a return once opened?

No, but you could always try to get another sealed copy, then return it at a different Target for your money back, then go get it at Best Buy.

Thanks. I suppose I could always buy those tracks individually on iTunes, but I'd prefer having them on the CD.

        I heart 3 Doors Down!

I can tell you those tracks are not on iTunes, I have 2 other tracks (Not My Time and It's the Only One You Got both acoustic) from iTunes.

If it's like most of their exclusives, you'd have to buy the entire album on iTunes to get the bonus songs.

Wow...I hope you haven't been to many concerts then. No disrespect. I've been a big fan of 3DD since they first came around and I have seen them live 3 times.

Sadly, the first two times they opened for Creed (Yes I liked Creed) and the last time I saw them Fuel (The old Fuel) opened for them. Each time they got a little bit worse. They literally have little to no stage presence and the 3rd time they bring out a couch and go acoustic for more than half the show. People were walking out of the venue.

But, like I said...I do enjoy their recorded work and am more than willing to hear their 4th offering.

First off, Kane, I do believe he's been to a lot of concerts in a variety of genres, but its just his personal opinion.

Secondly, I'm kinda getting tired of the bonus songs. Thanks to Best Buy and iTunes, if a band I really like puts a new CD out, I end up buying it twice just to get all of the songs. It ended up being 3 times with the latest Evans Blue CD because of FYE having a special version as well. I'm all for bonus songs, but I'm a broke college kid and it'd be nice if there was a cheaper way to get all the songs

The one thing I wanted to look at was what the last song was, because on all the Target cases, the last one was blocked with a sticker. I was able to see the 12th song on the Best Buy one without opening it, which was also the last song.
Both songs are listed on the back of the CD. That is why I buy any cd's from Best Buy to get the extra songs.

Blzer, not too sure which Best Buy you went to but they all should have the cd with the bonus songs.

Yeah, I've been to a ton of concerts. I've seen 3DD a few times, everytime they have sounded absolutely CD quality. Just a great live band to me. Best time I saw them was with Shinedown, Seether, and Our Lady Peace, which was possibly one of my fav concerts.

Take out Seether and that would be an absolutely amazing concert.

Seether is not that bad of a band.

Eh. I liked their older stuff, but I haven't liked anything that they have put out recently. They're good...I just don't like them much anymore.

Oh ****, now that I think about it, there were 14 songs! For some reason I thought the last song on the Target CD was Who Are you, which is... ****!

Yeah I've seen OLP two or three times and they are amazing live. Truly one of the most underrated Alt bands of the last 10 - 12 years.

Like I said though, I meant no disrespect. I am a passionate music fan and when I pay what I pay for concert tickets sometimes I really want my money's worth and with 3DD I felt like I didn't get it.

I saw them live three years ago with Breaking Benjamin and Staind and that's still the best live show I've ever seen. Seeing them again in July. But I respect your opinion.

As for the new album, I've probably listened to it 10 times through already and I agree that it's their best work yet. There isn't a song that I don't like (I am lukewarm on Give it to Me, but it still isn't bad), and while there might not be a chart-topping type single I have no problem with that.

Of course, I really liked Seventeen Days at first as well, and it's mostly worn thin on me with the exception of a couple tracks, so we'll see if this one holds up a little bit better over time. I definitely think the songwriting has matured a lot, and 3DD is still one of my favorite bands (definitely top 5).
