I think you are right about it being Ginuwine, not John Legend (based on the hair). And Ginuwine does look like more of a [you know I can't say it].

This would make more sense because Ginuwine and Missy were from the same crew/area in Virginia so that would tie the link back to Lola.

For the record, I refuse to believe the Will Smith one even though it's obviously him. I just don't see that man as being homosexual.
Nah the lil clue mentioned two people. Lucas and Kareem. It said the megastar's friend "Kareem" was a sitcom star who was married to an actress. Duane Martin is married to Tischa Campbell, had his own sitcom, and is best friends with Will. It's definitely them man, Arsenio never had a sitcom.

Any of ya'll gonna actually buy the book?LOL

The best part about that book is probably in this thread already man.

I kinda took Lola as being Lauren Hill, not Missy.

I don't consider Missy Elliott an R&B singer, she's more of a rapper imo.

Bill Cosby, Will Smith, LL Cool J, IDK who the R&B singer is, and Alicia Keys all popped into my head when I first read the descriptions.

In truth, she is both, which is why the description fits her and Lauryn Hill a lot better than it does Alicia Keys. Before she was Missy Misdemeanor she was in a short lived R&B girl group called Sista.

a staple on the New York scene, partying with big name celebrities

They were signed to Elektra records in NYC in the mid 90s. She wrote songs for and partied with a lot of celebs there, including Mary J Blige, Jodeci, SWV, P. Diddy etc. The description of style really fits Missy the best.

So you aren't going to look at someone the same way because some nobody wrote a book giving hints about who might be gay. Nice.

The thing with "Lola" that threw me off was the mention of mixing rock in her music.

I just think it is an easy way to sell a book.

The fact that this guy is giving 'clues', rather than naming names, I think is bull****. Besides, why even include this info in the book if it is a memoir about his experiences, rather than about who's gay and who's not.

The kicker is, if this is based on fact, how the hell does he know who is and isn't gay? I mean, I work with people every day that I don't know what their sexuality. I guess the difference is, I don't give a ****.

Very doubtful it's Lauren Hill. She's very much an introvert (and crazy... but don't think that was always true). She doesn't really fit the description other than the singing and rapping part. Missy makes sense, and I could even see her coming out of the closet at some point if she is, without any reservation, so that makes sense too.

I heard this guy interviewed a couple of times and his claim is that he's talked to each person listed in the book and they approved of his description (or he has rewritten it to their approval). This is the first time I've seen any of the text though, and I'm not so sure how true what he said is now, but to answer your question, HE is said to have had relations with these people or been accepted in the very secret circles that they roll and party. Not defending his decision to write the book or say his word is the truth but I think he knows pretty well if any of these people have done things with the same sex.

For the record, I know a few people that would know pretty well too and there are A LOT of big name actors/singers/rappers that are on the down low, so nobody would surprise me. The rumor about Will Smith has been around for a while now.
