I understand that, but I like Halo 3 online too much to get rid of my 360. What are the best games besides MLB The Show for the PS3? Thinking about picking one up.

Hotshot Golf and the upcoming game Grid are two highly rated games from what I've been reading. Of course Metal Gear Solid should be pretty cool too.

Keep the 360 and get a PS3 then!

The Show is a great game. I'm also excited about Metal Gear Solid.

The reason I moved to the PS3 as my main console was that I don't game online very often...it's been about a year since the last time I played someone online. There also weren't any exclusives to the 360 that I wanted. It might sound dumb, but the only reason I kept the 360 was so my fiance could play her arcade games on it.

No Blu ray (or HD DVD). I don't watch that many movies at home, maybe 2 or 3 a month. I get my movies free from the library and they don't have blu ray yet.

Back in Feburary, PC Richards ran a special where if you bought an Aquois TV over 46", you'd get a free Aquois BR player. I wasn't even thinking about one, but it was free. Now I'm addicted.

I added a PS3 about a month back, but that was just so I can be like "yeah I got a PS3".

Yes, with the PS3...though I would otherwise have a standalone player.

I should be picking up a PS3 soon.

Re: OK Who's Got Blu Ray?

I have a Sharp Aquos Blu Ray player that came free with my Sharp Aqous HD TV I bought back in Feb.

It upconverts regular DVD's very well and I love the sound and picture of Blu Ray movies. The only downside I see is it take between 30 and 40 seconds to load a Blu Ray movie.

Since it was free with my TV purchase....I don't complaint much. I joined Netflex to take advantage of their Blu Ray selections.

So Im on the bandwagon now, we just purchased a PS3 yesterday. And all I have to saw is WOW. Ive had HDTV for a while now, but you can clearly see the difference w/ BR. Anyone got any tweaks to the PS3 settings that would do anything special.

That's awesome. I watch a lot of movies, about 15-20 a month, sometimes more. So i can't wait to get the Blu-Ray.
