Re: nike id
That's really weird... Can you add it to your wish list first and then add it to the cart from there? I remember that the site uses some heavy Flash stuff, so try using a different browser and see what happens, too. I've purchased a couple pairs of nike ids before and hadn't had any problems... hope it works out for ya. -

Re: nike id
Nike iD can be really hit or miss at times. I worked for Nike for a little bit and the amount of complaints we would get were endless. Next time you have problems, write down all of your color settings, or keep it on your computer screen, and call Nike and they can do the order over the phone on their computer. Initially they might not want to because they are only supposed to do that if you are having computer problems but they are allowed to do it, so just tell them the computer isnt working correctly. If its sold out they can atleast tell you that instead of you trying over and over again before the website updates and tells you its sold out.
Word to the wise, avoid ordering right before football season and baseball season, Nike gets so many orders for customized cleats at that time that they can get really backed up and the wait time can be tripled at times.Comment

Re: nike id
Their Nike iD website is terrible in every sense of the word. Back when I was working there was when they were releasing the retro shoes into the iD website and that killed the website, specifically the Air Max 95. What they need to do is open more Nike iD studios, they have one in New York but you have to enter a drawing and then get picked to go, or atleast thats what you had to do at that time, but if you get to go you can customize any shoe they are currently making and there are far more customization options then what you see on the website.Comment
