New Car Audio

I currently have a Bose sound system in my car and want to get a new deck that can play my ipod nano video through it. Any Os'ers have recommendations of decks that can do this. I know Alpine supposedly makes some but are there any others?

Bose systems won't work with a different radio. Get the iPod hookup thing they sell on crutchfield.com.

I never installed anything into a car myself, but this was easy to install in my brother's I30. My friend did the same with his Maxima and all the controls work.
