Sprint customers

Any sprint customers besides myself plan on swithching to the new Samsung Instinct phone ? I am really intrigued about this phone. It has alot of cool features plus very similar to the iphone. So i am impressed.

It may have features similiar to the 1st Gen iPhone, but I don't know about the 2nd Gen...

I still can't believe there are still Sprint customers out there. I'm still surprised that they haven't gone bankrupt with all the crap that they give their customers. I hope your happy with them, because I surely wasn't and everyone that I know that used to have them, hated them.

Exactly. I had their service and it was so bad that I canceled my contract within a month of having it.

I have had SPrint for about 7 years now. No complaints at all.

Ditto; although I will probably consider switching once my contract is up... My company has an employee discount with AT&T and Verizon.

I have Sprint and havent had any problems with them as well. They were the only cell phone carrier that can get me any type of reception where I live, which is right near the woods so normally the trees cut down on my reception. Personally I hate cell phones and probably will get rid of it once my contract is up, I dont use it as it is and its just an extra bill I dont want to pay.

Sprint is awesome, and I'm definitely considering switching to the Instinct when it comes out.

SprintUsers.com is a great resource for information. Go to their forums, Samsung Discussion, and Instinct subforum for specific information on the Instinct phone.

Looks freakin' awesome. The main concern now is whether they require you to buy a specific plan (i.e. You have to switch from whatever you have now to something entirely new) to get the phone.

Northeast Florida here....I have no issues with Sprint.. I have had them for about 5 years...I am moving from North Florida to Southern Maine here shortly and I dont' know what sprint will be like there...Through my work I get a discount on sprint or verizon.

I recently read a news story that Sprint was rated like in the top 5 in POOR customer service. Sorry I don't have a link but it was on either MSN or CNN web page, about a week or so ago.
