I was reading a newspaper for my job and I keep stumbling upon articles on the filming of the opening scene of Transformers II right now near Allentown, PA (north of Philly).

I live in the area as well and I was the same way. I did't have any idea this was in the works until I saw the article. I think they're pulling out today. So much for me and Shiloh grabbin' a burger!

Unfortunately, the article does not say anything about "Shiloh" (aka Shia) or Meghan Fox being on the set. It does mention Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson, who both played the soldiers in the first movie.

I think he just meant that Shia and Fox weren't going to be in the particular scene filming near him, not in the entire movie.

A few months back, a movie crew came through a town about 9 miles north of me filming a new Johnny Depp movie in production called Public Enemy about John Dillinger. Both Johnny Depp and Christian Bale were in the area filming scenes over a 3 to 4 day period.

The crowds in this town throughout the week were insane!!!! I thought it was pretty cool that Johnny came out one night and spent about an hour walking up and down the street meeting people, taking pictures, etc....
