I just finished the book what a great read. Man just a great perspective on what the soldiers think and feel. The series starts on July 13th its 7 parts on HBO.

I've seen the script to the pilot for this and the few pages I read over were great. Amazing dialogue and it was extremely visual with just words alone.

Unfortunately, I don't have HBO and don't plan on getting it so I might have to wait till it's out on DVD.

Read the book a couple years ago, excellent read. I don't get HBO, but I'll try to find some way to watch the show.

Nothing is gonna be better than 2 or 3 weeks from now everyones gonna be on here saying how much they love the series....... For everyone in the thread so far I cam across this article and watch the embeded video 12 minutes of clips of the series..... god its so true to the book in the scenes ive seen so far....
