I'll start switching out "irrlevant" for "inapplicable" and "impertinent", since I have an editor on these boards.

And that was the point he was making, and the point that DC was debating. The topic is "is Serena Williams a MAN?", not is she a male tennis player. This topic has nothing to do with tennis specifically. And by the by, if we are only comparing the Williams sisters to tennis players, there is a whole history of ugly in the sport that grades them on a curve. Lastly, I'd question how many professional female tennis players this guy has instructed, because a pretty girl picking up a tennis racket for a year does not a tennis player make.

Yea that was the point I was making. LIke I said I don't know what him being a tennis teacher had to do with anything. I don't care how many female tennis players he sees. He made it seem like that gave him the expertise to say Serena doesn't look good. LOL. He is a regular dude like the rest of us. We aren't judging TALENT!

Your logic isn't making sense, man, bold text notwithstanding. Tennis coaches judge tennis players. This is a conversation about women's attractiveness. The fact that they are tennis players is irrelevant, as is expertise in tennis.

Ok. Say they weren't tennis players and were just females that looked attractive, as you say. It won't change the fact that they still are better looking than Serena (of which this thread is titled). Peace my friend.

I believe all hes saying is that from all the female tennis players hes seen, which is obviously more than most of us being that hes a tennis coach, shes one of the less attractive ones....nothing wrong w\ that..

now if hes saying that makes him an expert (which I didnt catch) , thats laughable and yes, terrible logic lol.

Thank you. I am not an expert, never said I was. This thread started about Serena and how she looks and I was only throwing in my 2 cents like everyone else has. I only brought up tennis because that's her main occupation (tennis professional). So thats why I brought up about teaching, that was just my comparison of the women I have personally seen. Thanks guys.

Actually, it was a few days ago. Unfortunately I don't have a clip, but I posted about it (might have been around the 95th post or something). Here's the post for the description of what happened:

I'm not about to read 10 pages, and I also don't want to lose my train of thought... but did anyone see last night's Sportscenter? Luke Jensen (ESPN tennis analyst) was interviewed by the SC anchor, and as he goes off about their maturity and what not, the anchor replies by saying:

"Well they definitely are two ladies with a lot of perspective."

Only she said it a little more like this:

"Well they definitely are two ladies with a lot of perspective."

As she tried to continue, you see her crack a smile, and you hear another [woman] anchor start giggling in the background, though you can't see her on screen. They definitely were containing their laughter on this one. It was hilarious! I wish I could get it on tape.

You would really have to see it, though. It was one of the funniest things I have seen this summer, especially when relating it to this thread!
