GS has done this before, this string of dates he has coming up do not include anywhere in Texas. He did this in 08 too. Pretty weird.

Anybody a fan of Patty Griffin? I got her latest album, Downtown Church, and its awesome. Granted all of the songs are covers/gospels, still the album is worth hearing.

New Randy Rogers Band CD set to release August 17. A lot further away then I though it would be, but it makes sense because school is getting back in session and they will be touring to bars that will be 100% packed

"Interstate" is also due out as a single May 24. They will be filming the video for this on Friday April 9 at Lone Star Park.

Can not wait for this CD. I really hope to get it sometime this summer, May 24 would be good for me lol That's the only bad thing about them getting so big, they gotta keep it more secure.

This is a great song I had never heard of, definitely checking out his other stuff. Thanks.

And Easton Corbin is great. Also, I'm a big fan of the new Rodney Atkins song. I'm not a huge fan of his, but I like the song.

Every day, on my way home from work, I listen to a local "new country" station. Some of the songs are not even country, at least not what I'd consider country. It's like some songs that are just 2000's pop are considered country for some reason. I still prefer the old-school country.
