What happens when you get a $750,000 Lamborghini and you shamelessly brag about it in the media? You get robbed as it happened to singer Kanye West whose residence in Los Angeles was broken into by burglars on Wednesday, according to Us Weekly.
Unfortunate events prevented Kanye West to enjoy the time he has spent touring in Europe with Jay-Z. He was recently criticized for sharing a naked photo of his girlfriend Kim Kardashian on his Twitter account and later on, found out that his house in Los Angeles was robbed.
West’s team was forced to call the police on Wednesday morning after they noticed that the residence was broken into. The Los Angeles Police Department has registered the burglary report. They will investigate the home in the following days to determine whether there are objects missing in the house or not.
Kanye was not able to see his house after the burglary because he is in Europe concerting with Jay-Z during the “Watch The Throne” tour. According to his friends’ declarations, the house was put up for sale at the same time with the residence of his partner, Kim Kardashian. They are both trying to sell their homes privately because they intent to move in together, according to close sources.
The rapper was more preoccupied to prove people that he is not responsible for placing a naked picture of Kim on his Twitter account. His reps declared on Wednesday morning that the woman in the picture is not Kim Kardashian. Their statement was later on confirmed by the news that the picture is actually representing porn star Amia Miley. Moreover, the reps claim that the 35-year-old artist was not the one who tweeted the pic; it appeared on another account that is not administered by the singer. In the end, the spokespersons, reassured fans that Kanye West doesn’t know who the person is, but it is most likely someone who is trying to get the media’s attention.
