Can't link right now, but the new Bas song with J. Cole on it off of his album is FIRE. J. Cole has gone from basically off my radar to top 3 rapper and he hasn't disappointed me since.

I recognize the talent, but Big K.R.I.T. does absolutely nothing for me.

A little bit early for a TBT, but 20 years ago yesterday this classic was released:

Going to see Jay-Z and Beyonce in July. Got 3 tickets this morning. Pretty damn excited to see Jay live.

That entire 2nd verse. Good lawd. The flow on that was insane.

Decided I will go. Childish Gambino was added to the bill which clinched it (although I honestly didn't like his second album)

Now I just gotta make sure I get tickets when they go on sale tomorrow morning.

Even as probably the biggest Cole fan here, I can't really agree with that. Born Sinner you could maybe make an argument for, but Sideline Story? Nah.

Also, I ****ing love that new Bas/Cole song. Was just coming here to post the video. Every song those two have put out so far have been great and Cole seems to like to go in on his verses when he's with Bas.

Yeah, for some reason Bas brings the best out of Cole. Bas' album is pretty good, too. He's much better than most big-name artist's proteges tend to be. Here's my favorite song from the album:
