Looking forward to this. The last two songs that have been released (What I Do and the one with Em on the hook) were disappointing, but I love F.A.M.E. and I Do. I hope the album is more of the latter.

Alright yall, check out my artist Gemstones, formerly with Lupe Fiasco's 1st and 15th label. He did one vid and tour with Lupe before his deal fell through and became an independent. If you're a fan of Lupe...well the original Lupe before all the bs politics, then you need to thank Gemstones. As Lupe's 2nd commerically released album "The Cool" had Gemstones influence and vocals all over it. Dont believe me, read the liner notes. After Stones left the label, we all see which direction Lupe went in.


Now check out the old vid Stone's and Lupe did almost 4 years ago a lil after Lupe bust onto the scene.

If you dont know, this album sounds like a continuation to Lupe's "The Cool" with the same type of positive vibes and clever delivery that put Lupe where he is today. I wouldn't hype this mixtape unless it was official. My teams production all over the cd as well. Gemstones is holding off releasing new music till this mixtape reaches a bigger audience.
