Meek always have good intros... But this is by far his best one.

I heard everyone hyping his intro, I wasn't feeling it at all. Maybe it's just because i'm not a big Meek Mill fan at all

Holy Moses I've never listened to a more complete album. They need to make room in the Louvre ASAP.

Yeah with all the crap that's out today you gotta reward somebody who drops an album of this quality. Kendrick knows how to tell a great story. I love this song.

Kendrick Lamar says that Tupac's storytelling helped him shape the lyrics on his major label debut.

Kendrick Lamar continued to make the rounds to honor the release of his major label debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, which hit stores yesterday.

After delivering a five-minute freestyle on Power 106's Big Boy's Neighborhood, K. Dot sat down with the host to talk about combining the tracks "Sing About Me" and "I'm Dying of Thirst," stating that the events described on each track occurred on the same day. Because of that, he brought the songs together to symbolize a shift in perspective on the LP.

"That's a real turning point of the album," he said. "Before I became this person with a mature aspect on life, it was a dark place I came from, a place of negativity, a place of being unruly. 'Dying of Thirst' is actually a specific story about one of my homeboys passing away before my eyes. It really turned everything around full circle. So when you go to a track like 'Dying of Thirst,' and that same day we was getting a spoken word from an elderly lady telling us about God and getting some type of prosperity out of that... I really based them two tracks together because that was a situation that happened that exact same time. So when I say 'Dying of Thirst,' she's really talking about getting hit with holy water or saving yourself."

He also touched on how Tupac's style influenced how he went into writing songs for the album. "Storytelling was the whole niche of the album. I wanted to bring that back to the game. What 'Pac showed me was really not being scared to show vulnerability in your music, because that makes the biggest connection with the audience. When I speak on certain topics about certain friends or my homeboys or a certain female, it's not only real to me, but it's real to the listener."

This is why when people tell you "Chief Keef and all those Chicago douchenozzles aren't worth listening to" and you say "But it's fun! Just go with it! It's not supposed to have substance" That's because these men have literally not one ounce of moral fiber in their body. These guys are not worth supporting or listening to. This proves it.

I got what you were saying about Meek Mill the other day and him screaming.

I got around to listening to his album and the first minute and a half, I was feeling it and then next thing, homie starts rage screaming out the blue.

Album as a whole is OK I guess. Production is meh and probably could've been good with 2-3 features max(Amen, Young and Gettin It and Maybach Curtains).

                            Like:
-Tony Story Pt.2(make sure to listen to Part 1 on Dreamchasers 1 before just so you can know what's going on)
-Maybach Curtains-Love the John Legend hook and Nas' part and of course, the wonderful J.U.S.T.I.C.E League production.
                            -Young Kings
                            -Tramatized

Album kind of has a mixtape feel to it even though it's an album and that maybe why I'm not feeling it as much as I thought I would. Not to mention, it came out at the worst time with Kendrick Lamar's album and The Man With The Iron Fists Soundtrack(aerobee what'd you think of this?)getting heavy minutes on the iPod.

If I had to rank this between the rest of his other stuff he's dropped, including his Flamerz stuff...I'd put this in the 4-6 range.
