    Question about Zune Marketplace

I have a question about the Zune unlimited pass. As I understand it, You pay $15 a month for unlimited access to the store. If you cancel the subscribtion, you lose the songs that you downloaded.

Given this, wouldn't it be possible to subscribe, download a bunch of music, burn that music to blank CD's/DVD's, cancel the subscribtion and rip the music back onto your computer as unprotected files, escentially paying $15 to raid the marketplace?

If this is against the TOS to talk about, I apologize and close this thread, although it seems legal to me, just a loophole.
