Yep. I'm definitely enjoying Sylar's character development. Season 3 is a big improvement over S2.

I disagree...I think Poppa P not only knows what is going on but (get this)

I think he is the one who saved Peter.

Yeahh didn't think about that, you may very well be right. If so, then it leads back to my other question, how is Sylar being manipulated so easily?

He's insecure with himself, so he bites on to other people's (especially those in power) ideas rather easily.

That's plausible, but I'm thinking Sylar tossed (and saved) Peter out the window to "prove" he was drinking the Mr. P kool aid.

Guess we'll find out for sure in a few weeks.

I think Mr. Petrelli was comatose because someone tried to kill him, almost did, but failed. My guess? Mrs. Petrelli. I like the fact that, as viewers, we don't really know who are the "good guys" and the "bad guys". We understand (some of) the perceptions of the characters, but have no real answer. For example, Peter is convinced that his Dad is the root of all evil, me? I'm not so sure.

I like Peter with no powers. He was too reckless. He'll get some back, but I hope he isn't as strong as he was previously. I don't think this last episode did much to carry the story forward. It set us up with a lot of questions. I am looking forward to the flashback episode, hopefully things will become more clear after that.

I still think Season 3 is missing the charm from the First season.

Season 1 was all black and white. I like how alliances have been formed and how no one truly know who is the true good guys in this season.

I agree. I think Season 1 was more organic. I don't really like how, in Season 1 these people were JUST finding out about their abilities and then in Season 3 (1 year to 1 1/2 years later) they have mastered them. It was engaging to grow with the characters in Season 1. You learned more about them as they learned about their powers. Now it seems like writers are throwing red herrings and twists for the sake of it. Who knows, maybe it will all come together, I hope so.

Possible good news for Heroes fans that long for the days of Season One.

(Honestly, while Season One was indeed better than Two, I think it's too early to call on Three, which so far has been very good).

Anyway, the good news (and bad news for Pushing Daisies fans ) is that popular former Heroes writer and co-producer Bryan Fuller is expected to make a return to the series.

Fuller left Heroes after Season One to create his critically acclaimed series Pushing Daisies, but sources indicate that ABC is leaning toward not extending the series beyond it's 13 episode pickup for Season Two. If that does happen, Fuller has already expressed a desire to return to Heroes as a writer. He is responsible for Season One Episode Four: Collision and the popular episode Season One Episode Seventeen: Company Man.

Executive Producers/Writers Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander have already been fired this season and no replacements are expected to be named.

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Might be too late. Watched episodes 1-3 and got bored to tears. The time travel stuff was a convoluted mess. Thought I was just not of "Hero Fans Ilk" until I heard reports about how bad the show had gotten. Even at its best I was always hot & cold about it.
