Yahoo! Classic Mail lost format

I've lost the proper formatting on my Yahoo! Classic Mail (after I noticed my kid on some dumbarse foreign game site and he forgot to put the anti-virus program on). I've been thinking some type of virus or malware, but it doesn't seem to be affecting any other site (so apparently not IE6) or anything else at this point (I have XP). On our VISTA cpu, it's unaffected. Is there a setting I'm missing perhaps?

Well what format is it in right now? Is it the new version or a screwed up, possibly virus influenced, version of classic? There's a link ("Mail Classic") at the top on the new Yahoo mail that switches back to old version.

Like I said, Classic is messed up. I ran A2 and did come up with recent malware findings in the registry settings which may have been some type of keystroke tracker. I eliminated them, but I still got the screwed up formatting in Classic. It's like everything is spread out all over the screen. You can still access everything, it's just all over the place. It's not totally random, but it's lost the spacing and font, mainly.
