    GPS help

Hey guys. I'm grabbing a GPS for my car this upcoming weekend (Sales tax free weekend in MA). I'm not to informed on them outside of some guy telling me stuff at RadioShack. I'm not willing to spend much more over $200 on one, but I have one big requirement. I need it to say the names of the streets and whatnot outher than simply turn right in a mile. I think this is called text-to-speech? The Verizon Wireless one I use sporadically on my phone is fine and I wouldn't mind a bigger version of that.

Any tips on the best for my price range and specifications?

    Thanks.

I have a Garmin 260, it's a little more than $200, but I use it all the time. Great device. Under $200, is going to be hard to find one that speaks the street names. The 260 does, the 200 does not. I think the Garmin 200 is about $179.

Go with a Garmin, and you won't be disappointed.

Garmin or TomTom, you can't go wrong with either one.
