What's sad is the stage manager is more worried about the mike than the brother that passed out. Honestly he looked drunk.

I know. They are both so far gone. They were my favorite group in the 90's. Perfect blend of harmony, funk, romance, hip-hop & gospel soul.


Oh, & I forgot to mention....

Seizures don't affect everyone the same way. I've seen them from working in a hospital for 17yrs, plus 3 friends who suffer from them. But I've never seen anyone come out of one & get up like nothing happened. They are usually confused, sometimes combative & it takes a while for them to figure out where they are.

funny but very good point...

First, it's well known that they were heavy into drugs (interview says "We don't do drugs" which should kill any thought of the seizure angle being true). MJB fell off the deep end messing with K-Ci and luckily straightened herself out. She tried to help him out too but it wasn't happening so she cut him off. Far from a secret how all that went down.

Jodeci was at the top of the game too before drugs turned everything bad. But they couldn't get out of their insane contract and had to keep putting out albums which is how K-Ci and JoJo really got started. They had that one great song and then everything else (I think 2 albums) was absolutely terrible. They were trying to get Mary to help them write b/c they had nothing left in the tank.

Not to mention, they not only didn't help him but continued as if nothing was wrong at all... that's usually how you act if either a)you're f'd up too or b)it's a normal happening. Dude wouldn't get up and give you a hug on stage after a seizure, sorry.

I loved Jodeci as much as the next person and wish they could get it together but can't put blinders on to that train wreck.

Just listened to the interview where K-Ci was claiming Jo Jo had a seizure, lol. If anybody believed him there, I've got a nice big ocean I'll sell you real cheap.

Worked in a nursing home, I can say that it could have possibly been a seizure. There is a possibility that he had a small seizure. There are two types: grand mal and petit mal. I've seen someone go through several petit mal episodes where they weren't in control of their body for a few seconds but came out of it in their right mind still. They were a little disoriented and weak after but not aggressive or combatative. It's possible that it could have been one. However, that youtube was sad for more reasons than just that one.......
