Wow, just a weird thing. The world is a small, small place.

Sunday night, I called my boss about the schedule and he said things might be messed up a bit this week because Tina's (my coworker) friend ODed and died.

Apparently the friend who died is Dre's son. Him and my coworker used to hang around in the same circles.

Just weird stuff.

Its sad, but people die everyday. I wish people that I loved had a hoopla about them when they died.

If we had a hoopla about every person that died then that is all we would do in our lives. If your loved ones are famous then there's a hoopla for a reason, because we know of them. Are we supposed to grieve for those we've never even heard of now?

Sorry but I've heard this whole point before and it makes no sense. Of course people who are famous will have more attention when they die, they are famous...

I would think it's a distraction to receive "hoopla" for a loved one dying. I would much rather have private mourning with my family.

True, but do you know of Dre's 20 year old son? This guy is a nobody, but because his father is famous, then it's news. So I definitely see both sides of the argument, but while it's sad he died, it's sad because a PERSON died and ANYONE dying is sad. But, people care cause it's Dre's son.

Regardless, Rest in Peace but I can't say I feel sorry for him because he had everything and already O/D'ed at 20? Come on now.
