Question for Half.com Users

Another user accidentally purchased one of my books for sale and emailed me saying that they chose the wrong item. I did not send the book out. I went into my inventory and filed for a refund on Aug 21. When should the refund be credited back to the buyer? The buyer emailed me saying that their account hasn't been credited yet.

For sellers, Half.com has always deposited on two week intervals. I imagine it is the same thing for issuing refunds. He should be able to see a pending deposit somewhere, but he won't actually get the money into his bank account until the next two week interval comes up.

You should have some proof that you issued the refund to the buyer, send them a screenshot of the Half page showing you issued the refund.
