        I thought they were going to go the route where Vince does "Smoke Jumpers" no problem, and then Ari starts to go back on his "be in any movie you want" line.

        But...I guess not.

            Unless the next four episodes are just absolutely terrible, this is the best season of the show by far IMO.

                Last night's show was great. I was glad he didn't take and instead Dana got it. I think she will be great for the show now because I have always liked her character.

                BTW Jaime Lynn was smoking last night.

                        Exactly, and there was really no feeling that he'd be in the Hollywood doghouse for long. Every single episode I expected what happened last night to happen; that he somehow got the role he wanted anyway.

                            Yeah, I pretty much feel the same way. But, who knows, maybe in a couple seasons he'll be coked out and on the cast of the Surreal Life.

                                You know I've always wonder just how they would end things for vinny and the boys. I thought with the bombing of meddilion they would sorta ride out this lack of work for awhile and maybe have him take a lackluster job like a tv show or something stupid. Point is I still have no clue how they are going to end things with this show but having vinny be all coked up and on a bunch of celebreality crap tv shows makes sense.

                                    There is no doubt in my mind, judging from the preview for next week, that Vinny is gonna quit Smoke Jumpers. Things are all screwed up for Drama now too. The only thing left to do is cancel his show or fire him. My prediction is that by the end of the season Turtle and E will be the only ones who have jobs.

                                                As second lead though. He definitely isn't free from the effects of the mega-bomb that was Medellin. Things have not exactly gone Vinny's way all the time with the Ramones picture fiasco, Medellin, etc.

                                                    Plus it looks like the movie is being rushed, and Vinny might have some speaking lines taken out. The director for this movie looks crazy as hell.

                                                        Getting the Smoke Jumpers isn't exactly the best thing that could have happened to him. You'll just have to wait until they follow through with the plot.

                                                            Yeah I forgot that Ari didn't want vince to do smoke jumpers because it wasn't a "studio film". Even thought now it's being backed by a studio it was still written by a bunch of complete nobodies that E discovered so there's no guarantee that this launches vinny back into the limelight.
