Season premiere is exactly when....?

I just saw the SNL skit of the ficticious Japanese version of The Office as presented by Ricky Gervais on Hulu. What a scream.

Comes to mind..... why not work Gervais into a run of episodes. He pulls off that snotty, uppity British administrator/professional very well.

That would never happen.

Gervais is going to be on an episode of the Office in the near future.

Also Will Ferrell has signed on to do 4 episodes. I think I read he is going to be an inapproiate manager at another branch. I so hope they utilize Geravais and Ferrell full comedy potential. The Office has been struggling a little lately and these two guys could definitely give it a shot in the arm if done correctly.

He actually approached them. There are links about it in the Season 7.

He approached them because he's been a fan of Carrell and because he, like you said, is loyal to NBC since he got his start there on SNL.

My bad, friend. I was digging through the Season 5 thread after watching the episode in that same season when Michael sends Charles Miner packing and retakes control of the branch (one of my favorite moments of the series).

Pretty good call by daflyboys.
