I agree, solid episode. The money discussion is something pretty much any serious couple goes through, so I think everyone could relate on some level.
The introspection by Sheldon in this episode was outstanding. Again, something I think all of us in the working world can empathize with. Of course being BBT, it ultimately led to a joke, but still, that brief moment of Sheldon expressing fear and doubt about his career was pitch perfect.
Thought last night's episode was an improvement from the previous couple. Really got a laugh at Howard getting star stickers for doing his chores. 
I also liked them pairing Sheldon with Raj again. They need to do more of this in my opinion of doing different parings for story lines. They need to put Howard and Amy together again. They were brilliant together when they were singing Neil Diamond songs in the car that time.
