Adobe Photoshop CS3

I've been having trouble with this thing lately. I'll try to make a psd as a template for later use and I'll try to save it but get a message that the file already exists when I know that it doesn't. Then, if I can get something to save it likely won't open again.

Any thoughts?

Hmm I think I need more info before I can help you. Have you had succes with this in the past?

For whatever reason, once I closed CS3 and reopened it it appeared to be working.
