Re: Burning Movies To DVD Question
You have to encode the movie and than burn it onto the DVD.
There are a lot of free mpg/avi/etc to DVD converters out there.
First link was the wrong one.
Google it or try this one:

Re: Burning Movies To DVD Question
I use convertxtodvd but I dont think its free, although you can find it online is you so choose. It takes me about an hour to encode and burn a complete movie, ie. Get Smart, Fred Claus etc.Comment

Re: Burning Movies To DVD Question
I've been doing this for a few years and one thing I quickly found out is that not all writeable DVD's play in every DVD player.
My Memorex player would only take Memorex writeables while my Xbox 360 accepted everything.
I found that HP's and Sony's worked the worst in that they only worked in half of the players I had.
Memorex has proven to be the best kind so far - in my case anyways.
Also, it is true that some burning programs are better than others. I have used Nero 6 and Nero 8 and both have worked great with no issues.Comment

Re: Burning Movies To DVD Question
I promise you guys, I hate doing this stuff, but yall need to figure out how to PM some stuff.
Piracy, ROMs, and Warez
Operation Sports has a very strict policy against piracy, ROMs, warez, modding/chipping, and the illegal use of copyrighted material. Linking or giving information about any site that distributes illegal software, ROMs, media, mods/chips, or emulators, seeking help to circumvent any copyright laws, admitting to possessing and/or distributing illegal copyrighted material, or encouraging software or media piracy is grounds for ban depending on the offense. This goes for all copyrighted material, including but not limited to games, movies, music, and videos.
I'll let Millennium decide if he wants to re-open but I doubt it.
I'm not being a jerk but this is no different than illegally burning any other movie or game which we all know is not allowed.Comment
