Lol....this reminds me of an experience I had a few years ago at a Blackhawks game.

I was a VERY big Red Wing fan for about ten years -- mainly because my best friend at the time grew up in Detroit and the Wings were his life.

The week after Christmas about 6 years ago, we traveled up to Chicago (from Indy) to see the Wings and Hawks.

The Hawks at the time were like 12 games below .500 and the Wings had the best record in the league.

That particular game, the Hawks win like 6-0....or something crazy like that. As we were leaving the United Center, Hawks fans were chanting their traditional "Red Wings Suuuck!" (clap-clap....clap-clap-clap).

I couldn't resist retaliating with "We'll play in Maaaay! (clap-clap....clap-clap-clap).

I am not kidding. I thought I was going to die on the United Center concourse that evening.


Not one of my brightest moves.
