Problem with most of my direct TV HD channles

I had direct tv installed at my new house on Sat. Was all jacked up to watch the bruins/canadiens in HD. Come to find out nesn hd is unwatchable because it pixelates after about 30 seconds then continues to search for signal. It does this constantly, and has been since the installation. This can be the same for about 30 of my other HD channels (nfl network, a&E, toon, to name a few).
Does anyone have an answer for this?? I called tech support and the first guy was useless on sat, but I called again yesterday, and a tech is actually coming to check it out on Wednesday.
What do you guys have for signal strength on your tests??
Also, on the system test, what is the tuner?? And what does it mean when it says its aqcuired at XX %???

Check at dbstalk.com, they have some links there that will tell you which satellite the channel it on. Then you need to look at the satellite signals. Most likely you are missing the MPEG4 satellites as those are where the HD channels come from.
