Alt-Nation is my favorite, although it's gone downhill since the merger. I also like Lithium, SiriusXMUm, Faction, Octane, Sirius NFL, & ESPN Radio.

my sirius at work usually stays on ESPN radio until Cowterd come on, then we swich to Lithium or First Wave. If there's something important going on, it's nice to have CNN on the radio. super shuffle used to be good too, but they got rid of it.

This just dawned on me, it is gone isn't it? We would listen to it on trips as a change of pace.

Rivals Radio on channel 123 Bill King is the best there is when it comes to college sports

Tim Brando on channel 127, Sporting News Radio use to be on a local channel before ESPN took their spot and i always enjoyed listening to Brando

I like Bill King and everything, but the guy needs to learn to always speak into the mic. He trails off a lot of times and it irritates me!
