The guys an idiot for even putting himself in this whole situation to begin with. He had to think after the murder tiral "Some how I got a way with one here, I should probably lay low for the rest of my life." Going up to some dudes hotel room to collect some memorabilia with a group of thugs and weapon probably wasn't a smart idea.

Because of his celebrity, and as a result, for his safety, he's going to have spend almost all of his time in solitary. Going to be a long 5-6 years for the Juice. At least he'll have plenty of time to write another book...
