Need a Laptop Guys - Need your help

[Complex]

I am switching jobs soon. I have always used the company laptop for all my personal needs. Now that I am leaving I have to turn it in and need to purchase one.

This will be used for email, surfing, etc. I do not need a superpowerful machine but I do want one that is pretty functional and decent speed. The kick is that I dont want to pay an arm and a leg for it. (!$300)

Can you all recommend one?

I bought the same laptob last month...It's awesome. It's great for It's price. Easy to use, good amount of memory, all the components to surf the web, do work, watch movies, etc etc etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and It's also very easy to set up.

Windows Vista isnt bad either.

That is one hell of deal. I just saved my dad about 400 bucks by telling him about this. He was about to order one from Dell, and this one is just as good.

I got it on the advice of a friend. I did not want to spend a lot but didnt want a bum laptop. I got it this morning.
