Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
I haven't paid a full $60 for a game in 2 years. I always trade something in and get some money back. -

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
I''ll keep paying more since I always get the Limited Edition of whatever game I buy.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
To answer the question, I try to use my Gamefly account as much as possible. If it's a game I know that I'll play for a long time I don't mind dropping $60. If it isn't I make trades or wait for it to get cheap.Comment

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
- Skate ($27.99 used)
- GTA IV ($49.99 used)
(10% off both those prices as well)
- Rock Band 2 ($110 for the Special Edition)
- SOCOM: Confrontation w/ headset ($40.00, did the buy 2 get 1 free with two of my friends)
- Little Big Planet (Christmas gift)
So no, I haven't paid $60 for a title yet. The only game I plan on doing it for so far is The Show. What about the limited edition version of games make it worth the extra money? It seems like such a waste.

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
Only paid $60 once, Madden 08. I now have 14 games and they've all been $20 or less. I'll never pay $60 again unless I'm getting $40 back in a rebate.Comment

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
The last game I bought for $60 was probably Call of Duty 4.

Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
I think I will continue but I will be a little more patient in doing so. Games that have that ???? pending release I will wait until some feedback comes out. This year or should I say this Current gaming generation IMO have gotten the short end on a lot of unfinished, patch needed games out of the box, which has caused me to feel this way. Re: Will you keep paying $60 for games?
I probably will, but I do not get games like I used to. I probably averaged a new game a month during the PS1 and PS2 life spans. Now I get one or 2 at Christmas time and maybe 1 or 2 throughout the year. A lot of that is finances and a lot is the fact that the games on the horizon just don't catch my attention like game of old.I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me!
