    Luckiest Fan in America

I saw this over at Madden Mania and decided it warranted a posting here as the story is pretty sweet and one Im sure many wish they had been able to take part in as well...

That dude really is the luckiest fan. If it had been me I know I would have found myself in some holding cell somewhere waiting for my court (I don't mean basketball court either) appearance.

That is pretty epic, and makes me wonder how somebody was able to do all of that.

I got many goosebumps projecting mental images of all the things he got to do, especially that moment with Moyer.

Not as crazy as this guys story, but I went to go see the Bulls play Milwaukee last season and went up to the Bradley center. My buddies and I were walking through the concourse where we stumbled upon a green screen thing for fans where they super-impose your face on an NBA player stuffing Shaq or other similar images.

After we participated in it, the staff gave us badges that looked like VIP passes...I looked at my friend and said we're goin courtside...we end up walking down the aisle and the usher asks us for our ticket, which I present to them with false bravado and the confidence that I belonged there, and they let us sit courtside thinking the badges were real.

We end up sitting courtside for the second half of the game talkin smack to the players and Hi-fivin the Bulls, but the best part was at the end of the game...my buddies and I hopped on the court and took the game-ball (we were drunk) and started puttin up three's and taking eachother 1 on 1. The cheerleaders happened to be there and ended up talkin to us and they told us where they were goin after the game...needless to say (after security got suspicious and started asking questions as to why we were there) we ended up hangin out with the cheerleaders and I had one of the best weekend trips of my life.

You went on the court and started shooting three pointers? Really?

Yep...the game had just ended and people were clearing out and my buddies and I started to heave em up there.

We all had, what looked like, press passes and we were talking to the cheerleaders so I think security thought we were allowed to be there...eventually, security got spooked and they sternly told us to leave.

Crazy story, but I swear it happened...one of the more eventful nights of my life.
