Changeling

Just finished watching the movie. It was stellar. (A word i don't use) It was long but i enjoyed every minute of it. A good movie can never be long enough.

What really drove this movie were the performances by the actors. They were great. I've never seen Angelina in a role like this, but she played it well. It was definitely a emotional roller coaster.

The conclusion with the ranch was pure emotion.

that guy deserved what he got. I'm not usually for the death penalty, but when he got hung, i was satisfied.

It just didn't hook me that much...I thought everyone did a good job, but I was looking at my watch and that's a bad sign for the movie.

Yeah, i was really impressed, espcially with Jolie, I didn't think she had it in her...

I don't know if I watched it at a weird time or what, but the story and whatnot just didn't hook me, but I liked the performances and writing (I liked J. Michael Strasczynski's Babylon 5 show too). I'll be interested in what Jolie does next, I want to see if she's got the chops to be really elite or not. She's all ready popular, but stuff like Tomb Raider isn't top tier. This could be a stepping stone for her.

I haven't watched it, but when I saw the trailer it looked disgustingly over-acted.

Maybe I'll check it out.

Saw Body of Lies the day after i saw Changeling and i still couldn't get Changeling out of my mind, very good movie.

Side Note: Body of Lies was good too, almost like a softer version of Blood Diamond without as much blood and with terrorist.
