Mike & Mike on ESPN
Anyone know if there is a way to listen to the full broadcast of their show online?
They hosted an event we (my company) did last night and I wanted to see if they mentioned it this morning."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Mike & Mike on ESPN
If you have ESPN Insider you can download the whole show. If you don't you can only listen to it live. FYI, Mike and Mike were absent this morning, there were guest hosts in their place.
Atlanta Braves - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

Well, then that kills that little hope. Thanks."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Mike & Mike on ESPN
I think it is now free online and you can download the podcast. Someone bought the advertising rights a while ago and they provide it free. There should be a link on the espnradio.com website.
If it was a fund raiser with Belichick, they talked about it on Thursday's show.Comment

Re: Mike & Mike on ESPN
I never could get into Mike and Mike. They seem nice enough, but they annoy me to no end. Before commercial breaks, at least when I used to listen three or so years ago semi-regularly, they would say "Why is Mookie Wilson better than Ken Griffey Junior? Find out next!" or "The greatest baseball team of all time is the 1989 Kansas City Royals! Find out why after the commercial break!"
That little Mike would argue the stupidest things for the sake of argument...The line must be drawn HERE! This far, no further!Comment

I like listening to radio that doesn't revolve around Manny Ramirez, Terrell Owens, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, A-Rod or 90% football talk even in the summer.PSN: VoicesWrestling

I have dirt on Belichick from this event. Let's just say it involves Bon Jovi and a sing-along."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Mike & Mike on ESPN
I asked not to see if they mentioned the event, but a specific program in the event that they presented.. They wouldn't have known about the program on Thursday. So, I was hoping they'd mention it on Friday. Would have been some good PR for the company.
I'll probably miss their show on Monday, so if anyone hears anything about the fund raiser and the program used to fund raise, please let me know on Monday. I'll hunt like a lion to get audio on that."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
