Well, I have been burning stuff for about an hour or so.. And have been using Nero for years now and have never encountered this problem.
When I go to burn something, I hit the burn button at the top, it takes me to the menu where you select the drive speed, I hit OK, and nothing happens. It takes me back to the project builder. I can do the process over and over and it just does the same thing. I can view contents of CDs and DVDs, just can't burn them anymore.
I've restarted, I've uninstalled my drives and reinstalled them, same thing. I've used multiple DVDs and CDs.. Just all of a sudden started happening tonight.. Anyone have a clue what might be wrong? I can run HiJackthis and get a log if you think that might help.
