Wow. That guy was being really carefull although it's pretty obvious he's lying.

Hard to say. A lot depends on the judge's ruling on whether the thumb drive is admissible evidence. As a matter of fact I don't see how they can get the guy without the chat logs. If that key evidence is excluded I don't see how in can even go to trial. (The trial hasn't started by the way)

But isnt showing up at what he thought was a 13 year girls house who was home alone evidence? And if he was not doing anything why did he bail as soon as he saw Hansen.
