Castle...anybody watching besides me?

This show is just starting to lose that feel most TV shows start off with (you know, like a girlfriend trying to prove she'd make a good wife) and I can say I like it now.

I tried a forum search and found NOTHING so now I'm worried that it, like alot of shows I like, is doomed.

LOL...I like it. Its a cute cop show. The female cop is hot and Nathan Fillion is a pretty good actor. I dont think you have to worry about renweal. The show has finished in second place in every week since its premiere.

I watch it, I like it a lot. I like single-episode cop shows like this. Pretty funny.

Yeah, I'm really liking it too. It's just cute and funny, with the bit of drama as well. Fillion's sense of humor is just perfect for this character, and Katic is just damn fine!

It's a fresh take on the procedural cop show...hope it stays around.

I've got it on my DVR, but haven't watched it yet, waiting to see if it gets canceled first.

I'm watching. I wasnt completely impressed with the pilot but the episodes since have been pretty funy. Stana Katic has really grown into her character. In the pilot she was stiff and abrasive. But since then she has gotten slightly more playful and there is more of a back and forth between her character and castle.

Plus it has Poke from Generation Kill which is a plus.

Yeah I really dug the "For the one I saved, for the one I lost" scene in the last episode.

Added a ton of character, and the Castle character even commented on it being better than what he had wrote for her.

Was digging on the Beckett character last night.

...mostly in the evening dress but also in the back and forth banter between her and Castle. The actress/character is, like she said last night, "layered like an onion."

I like it and the Mentalist now that Monk is in its last season. This is my 2 favorite shows.

I dig the Mentalist a bit too...but that's more of a one man show compared to the dance going on Castle right now.

A bump of a old thread, but it's being reported online that Castle has been renewed!

This show has gotten better and better as it went on. I like the cases, but also the humor and relationship between Castle and Beckett...just works well.

Great show, glad its been renewed. Can't say I love how Season 1 ended, a bit abrupt.

That's great news!

I didn't dislike the ending in as much as I was afraid I'd never get to find out what happens next. More so what goes on between them than Kate's mothers death.
