    MP3 Player suggestions?

I'm looking for an mp3 player that I can exercise (go runnin') with. I would like to have a good amount of space, but with the exercising I'm not sure if there are any mp3 players that offer a good bit of space and still be safe for movin and shakin. What do you guys use when you exercise?

I have this Samsung U5. Its only a 2gig but it works for what I do. I usually bust out 10 miles on my runs and it is light and only 39.99.

Currently, I'm leaning towards the 16GB iPod nano since it is relatively small (especially in comparison to the touch). With an iPod, can I import only using iTunes or what? Right now I use WMP to listen to all my mp3s on the laptop.

8 GB sansa clips were being heavily discounted at walmart recently, like $50. It's a fantastic player with simple drag and drop music transfer.
