HDTV issue.

I have a 32" LCD and it has a black line from top to bottom on the right side. Its faint, but seems like it is getting darker. Is there any way to fix this? My tv is out of warranty.

Did you try resetting it? Can you update firmware, like on my set I can download firmware and update via USB.

I had that happen on a digital frame, and it was dead. I really have no clue what caused it though.

Hmm I haven't tried either. How would I reset it? Just unplug it? I will have to check to see if it can be upgraded too.

Yeah, unplug it will usually completely reset a TV.

Try leaving it unplugged all night and see what happens. Somehow my DLP got black and white lines on it and I left it unplugged for a while and then turned it back on and it was fine.

Ok I will try that. If I have to get a new one it will be a while. Its not to bad right now, but I can tell its getting worse.
