I don't think that's right. From the linked article I understood that "microholographic players could play CD's, DVD's, and Blu-Ray discs", not that these new discs are readable by current DVD and Blu-Ray players. Big, big, big difference IMO. These new machines are backwards compatible, just like the current ones are, but it's not like we'll suddenly have 500 GB discs for the 360 to use.http://www.nytimes.com/2009/04/27/te...ng/27disk.html
