"Beautiful" and "Underground" are definitely my favorites. "Must Be the Ganja," "3am," and "Insane" are probably the three best..."comic Em" songs to me.

I just listened to it. I give it a 6/10.

It would be a 10/10 if they were all similar to underground and not 3am.

I'm liking it so far. Don't like "the accent" as you guys are calling it, and wish some of the beats were a bit darker.

I'm liking "Insane", "Bagpipes from Baghdad", "Stay Wide Awake", "Deja Vu", "Beautiful", and "Underground" the most.

One of my favorite lines so far is the opening line to Stay Wide Awake, "Soon as my flow starts, I compose art like the ghost like Mozart." That's just sick.

Yeah I think this album is better than Encore, but Eminem Show was better along with the other two.

You know this is exactly what I was thinking. . .I think that we all listened to this album with a preconception in our minds based on his past work & knowing his potential. . .with these things considered, you will not be impressed with this album as a whole. . . although there are many flashes of brilliance throughout it.

I guess I'm the only one that thought this album was going to be terrible After Encore and a few of his guest spots on tracks, I thought there was a good chance that there would be no tracks worth listening to. I'm happy for the four or five tracks that are really good.

Then again, I don't really care about hooks either, so...

After a couple of days of listening I would raise it to an 8/10

I personally still like it a lot. I see no problem with him switching things up, even using the accent.

I feel like, if things were to remain as they were in the first two albums (which were GREAT), then a significant majority would instead be calling his stuff stale.

He only uses the accent on a couple of songs and if you listen to the songs and listen in order the accent makes sense.

I definitely like the album more as I listen to it, not that I disliked it in the first place. The only disappointment for me is that he doesn't make as much social commentary as in the past. Some of his best raps are him going after gov't and world issues.

LOL that line still cracks me up.

Still, I think the normal pill popping stuff he raps about is more personal in this album, and for me that makes it more effective. Even in the songs that aren't that great or have subpar hooks, he has some pretty amazing rap sequences.

Plus Dre's beats are on FIRE this album. And no crappy D 12 guest rapping. Hopefully we get some Royce on the next one. Overall I think it's a good album, but we're used to getting a great album from Em. I thought Encore was just plain bad, so I'm happy not to get a repeat of that.

Both are amazing.
