Re: Which LCD would you pick?
I couldn't believe how thin it was and how clear it looked.
LOL I would love to have one of these, but that price is high.
Oh and to answer your question e0820, I would go with the Samsung.Comment

Re: Which LCD would you pick?
It's a toss-up. Definitely wouldn't pay that asking price on the Samsung website. Buy it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001U3Y8MW/...0&linkCode=asn

Re: Which LCD would you pick?
One question I have is about the Sony. If the answer for Sony is yes, then I'd pick up the Sony. Is that Sony capable of 1080i/p?? I'm reading it and it seemed like it is through HDMI but its native is 720p. It's cheaper and would seem to bring about more bang for the buck. I am a fan of Samsung but if the other side is greener, can't help but check it out a bit more.......Comment

Re: Which LCD would you pick?
I wouldn't choose either without auditioning them in the store, but I seriously doubt you'll see very much difference in PQ.
Number of HDMI inputs and refresh rates would be bigger deciders, IMO.Comment

Re: Which LCD would you pick?
FYI, contrast ratios are pretty worthless when comparing HDTVs. Each company calculates it differently.

Re: Which LCD would you pick?
But I think it does. If they have my TV which is at 50,000 then I think that Sony at 13,000 is at 13,000. Many the Sammy has a better picure Making it a better TV. I would like at the Bravia 32. You can get that for a fair price and that is very good TV.Comment
