I watched The Punisher last night...had been a while.

The movie as a whole isn't disturbing at all but the scene where Saint's men massacre the Castle family reunion kinda struck a chord and made me uneasy, esp. the part where Castle's wife and son are trying to escape but can't and then just ran the hell over and he finds them.

Many of my choices have already been said. One seen that in particular that almost made me physically ill, is the rape scene in the hills have eyes 2. Also the Ted Bundy movie.

Yellow Submarine - Do not laugh, bastards...when you are young and not high, that damn movie is disturbing as f***

The Exorcist (or any religious horror flick) - I did twelve years of Catholic schooling with the first eight years seeing in the back of the church life-size statues of saints and Christ in agony on the cross. I emphasize LIFE-SIZE. Between that and these movies, every statue I see makes me highly uneasy.

Eh that's the only part that bothers me about that movie...can't believe they actually killed live animals. The turtle evisceration is absolutely disgusting.

I won't take disturbing as gratuitous gore... but one movie that was very disturbing was Donnie Darko.

It was disturbing in an entertaining sort of way... but it was just overall an uncomfortable movie to watch.

Agreed. If the movie is on, I don't start watching it until after that scene.

I also used to be really bothered by the scene in Die Hard 2 when the plane crashes. Something about that used to creep me out.

The ending of the Blair Witch project. Not scary or anything just the way it was filmed it was a bit disturbing.
