video capture for PS3 high def output

guys i want to get a high def video capture . I used to have a pinnacle 510 usb but wasnt HIGH DEF.

I have a 52 inch HIGH DEF lcd . The only TV OUT on back of my TV , would be using regular RCA ( yellow, white, red ) but if i get this PINNACLE high def, what would i use to get HIGH DEF when i record ?

You have to have HDMI or component inputs to get a HD picture.

Would be pointless trying to get a HD source using composite cables.
