I don't know if its because I watched Cap 2 and Xmen before this but I thought it was meh. It's not the worse one out of the MCU but its probably the most boring. (worst one is Iron Man 2)

Loki was awesome but the main bad guy was forgettable. All of Natalies friends were annoying too.

I love Natalie as an actress but she's just off in this part. She's annoying and no chemistry with Hemsworth. And to be honest if Thor was gonna throw down the hammer on a earthling it would be a chick with a thick booty and legs.

It felt like a filler for the next Avengers and i hate that. I hope Cap 2 brings up everyones game in the MCU. Looking forward to Antman which looks like its gonna be a comedy and i'm awaiting to see who will play Dr. Strange.

Thor 2 was made literally to introduce the Aether and nothing more. If not for Loki, this would be the worst of the Marvel films.

Haven't seen the second one yet, but I plan to.

I think the sequel actually surpasses the first film, though they both definitely have their spots.

...too much reliance on the Earthlings to help save the day, who extended geekiness was beyond reproach. That's fine in regular comic books as you have to fill something each month, but not in something that is supposed to be a blockbuster.

Think Like A Man Too. Walked out of the movies after an hour. I like Kevin Hart but I felt he was trying too hard to be funny. Plus they showed another one of his new movies in the previews.

He should stick to stand-up, but even his last one wasn't that great. I found myself laughing more because it's Kevin Hart and he usually makes me laugh. Then it ended and I was like, that wasn't very good or funny.

Recently rented Carpool (1996) because girlfriend remembered loving it as a kid. I had never seen it and it was a goofy, disjointed comedy that for $1 wasn't terrible.

New movies wise I saw Godzilla a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Want to go see Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

Agreed. Let Me Explain was easily the weakest of all his stand-up specials.

Just saw Think Like A Man Too and wish I hadn't. It really had nothing to do with the book and didn't have that many funny scenes.


They should have called it "Kevin Hart, A Night In Vegas".

Watched Transformers: Age of Extinction tonight. It was a very long movie, too long gentlemen next to me brought his young son, who fell asleep about 2/3 of the way through. It was a rather game effort for a "reboot" which it wasn't as they mentioned the events that took place in chicago. I was not wowed by the movie, but the increased focus on the actual transformers was clearly evident and IMO the weaving of Mark Wahlberg's family's story was well done.

Stanley Tucci was phenomenal in this movie he stole every scene he was in. He for me was the most memorable part of this film.
