Eh.... I always thought Spaceballs was one of Mel Brooks' weaker films. Not smart like Young Frankenstein. But, I can see why people like it.
Watched La Bamba again. Man, it's such a sad story. Truly the day the music died.
Lou Diamond Phillips actually did a real nice job for a debut. I always thought Esai Morales, who plays his brother, Bob, was somewhat over the top in this one and didn't think different after watching it again. But, not so much that it significantly affected the movie. Forgot that Brian Setzer, from The Stray Cats fame, was in this....always like them. And the guy who imitated Jackie Wilson did a highly respectable job.
