My wife picked up Justice League and Thor Ragnarok for me on 4k BR recently.

I LOVE Ragnarok, it was the most fun I've had at the movies since the first Avengers film. The 4k BR is beautiful. Cannot recommend the film high enough.

Justice League got mixed reviews, and I can understand why. But for my money, and coming off the lumbering BvsS, I really enjoyed this one and will be watching it again soon.

I'm a fan of Ezra since 'Perks of Being a Wallflower', and he is a great Flash. I liked all of the characters, though a few more minutes developing Steppenwolf would have been welcome.

It's an amazing looking 4k BR, but it's not 300m budget amazing LOL.

I did like the story and the assembling of the team, and Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is the shining star for the DCU film universe. I like Superman, but once he shows up it seems he could just, well, win right there. He was knocking Steppenwolf around pretty handily.

I'm looking forward to a Flash movie, and maybe even Aquaman as he was played so well by Momoa.

So cool movie. Not as good as an Avengers film, but good action, some good humor here and there, but just not quite the magic of the Marvel stuff yet.

Well the Aquaman movie is coming out at the end of this year.

I saw Black Panther yesterday and I'll be renting Justice League, which I haven't seen yet, this yet.

Finally got around to watching Get Out.
I liked the movie for the most part, but the ending was horrible in my opinion.
Just hated the way it ended!!!

The Greatest Showman. Had somewhat mixed feelings about this, but in the end was largely entertained. Took a lot of getting used to having Wolverine perform in a musical! At times, the contemporary style of the performance songs had a bit of an anachronism feel to it, but I understand why they went that way. The early part of the movie felt like the beginning of a Disney animated. I'm not one for musicals but again, was pretty well entertained.

Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, MO

Big Rockwell and McDormand fan so I had to see it. Very good story and I liked it, but, like Manchester By The Sea, it feels like it just...stops. Both films seem to end a bit prematurely with too little resolution, though both films featured some good acting and drama.

After Billboards, I watched Darkest Hour.

Gary Oldman was amazing, and as many have said already, this is a great lead-in to Dunkirk (which I have not seen yet).

Not really into musicals at all but the wife and kids wanted to watch this for movie night. Well damn. I really enjoyed it. The music is actually pretty catchy. I hadn't seen Zendaya in anything except Spiderman: Homecoming, but I thought she was outstanding (and sexy too lol). Jackman and Williams were awesome and I thought Efron was solid too. The supporting cast of "freaks" put it all together. Great job all around. All in all a good, fun time.
